The Inner
Operating System.

A 10-Week Group Advisory Program for Founders, Executives, and the Leaders Beside Them

You have spent your career building moats. Better strategy. Stronger teams. Smarter systems. Defensible advantages that compound over time.

There is one moat left. It is the only one AI cannot replicate. And most leaders have never touched it.

The Problem

AI is taking everything it can take.
What it cannot take is in the room with you.

AI has already absorbed the routine work. It is moving through the repeatable. It is coming for the work that gets optimized through data and iteration.

The shift is not coming. It has already arrived. Which makes this the exact moment to develop the one capability it cannot touch.

What remains is the quality of human presence in a room. No model can generate it, no automation can substitute for it, and no competitor can simply copy it. The judgment that only comes online when a leader's full capacity is available. The trust that flows from someone who is genuinely, biologically regulated under pressure.

That is not a wellness argument. That is a competitive one.

And here is what most leadership development has never told you directly: your nervous system is neurobiologically broadcasting to everyone around you at all times. A dysregulated leader does not just lead badly in the moment. They dysregulate the whole team. A significant number of what organizations diagnose as culture problems, retention problems, and innovation problems are nervous system problems wearing a strategy costume.

Which means the leader who develops this now is not just performing better. They are building something their organization cannot outsource, their competitors cannot replicate, and AI cannot touch.

The Inner Operating System is where that development happens.

What Is Actually Happening

The problem no leadership
program names.

You left that meeting knowing you hadn't shown up the way you're capable of. Not because the strategy was wrong. Because something underneath the strategy was running a different program, and you felt it in real time and couldn't override it.

This is what that looks like, neurobiologically

01Decision quality. When the nervous system is in threat response, blood flow shifts away from the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for judgment, pattern recognition, and long-range thinking. The decisions still get made. They just get made from the wrong part of the brain. Most leaders never know this is happening.
02Presence. In the room but not in the room. Physically there, cognitively somewhere else. This is the one you will recognize most viscerally and least want to admit.
03Reactivity that reads as decisiveness. Snapping, cutting conversations short, making calls faster than the situation requires. Dysregulation looks like confidence from the outside and feels like control on the inside. It is neither.
04The wired-but-depleted loop. Can't slow down, can't rest, interprets stillness as falling behind. The adrenaline that keeps a leader in sympathetic overdrive long after the actual threat has passed.
05Contagion. This is the one most executives have never been told directly. Your nervous system state broadcasts to everyone in the room. The team reads it before you speak. Culture, retention, innovation. A significant number of what get named as strategy problems are nervous system problems in disguise.

Most leadership development works at the level of behavior. The Inner Operating System starts where behavior comes from.

What This Program Is

Precision work, applied
directly to how you lead.

The Inner Operating System is a 10-week group advisory experience for people who lead, whatever the title, and who are ready to work at the level where real change actually happens.

This is not mindfulness. This is not therapy. This is precision nervous system work applied directly to how you decide, how you show up under pressure, and how your presence lands in a room.

You will leave with a complete personal regulation protocol. A practical, evidence-based framework built around how your nervous system specifically operates. Not a generic toolkit. A working system you will use for the rest of your career.

And you will not be doing this work alone. You will do it alongside a small cohort of leaders working at the same level. That is not incidental.

Regulation is, in part, biological. The cohort is part of the methodology.

Who This Is For

You are the person
in the room.

Founder, executive, chief of staff, the operator every team leans on. The title matters less than the seat. If you are at the table where decisions get made, this is for you. You are someone who

01Performs at a high level and knows, honestly, that you are still leaving something on the table.
02Has done the strategy work, the executive coaching, the leadership development. And something fundamental has not shifted.
03Understands, or is beginning to understand, that in a world where AI handles the transactional, your regulated human presence is the last defensible advantage you have.
04Spends the day making decisions, weighing recommendations, and pivoting on the fly, often while carrying the context for everyone else in the room.
05Is ready to work at the level where the real leverage is.

If you have been telling yourself you will address this when things slow down, the answer you already know is that things do not slow down. The question is whether you lead through them regulated or not.

What You Will Walk Away With

The advantage AI
cannot replicate.

01A complete map of your personal nervous system. How it responds under pressure, what drives dysregulation, and what returns you to baseline fastest. Not a theory. A working map of you, specific and usable from week one.
02A regulation protocol that is yours. Built through the program, embedded through practice, owned by you when you leave. This does not live in a workbook. It lives in your body.
03The ability to read the room at a nervous system level, and to shift it. The most underestimated leadership skill available right now. Leaders who can do this change the temperature of a room before a single word is spoken. No AI in the room does that. No AI in the room ever will.
04Measurably different leadership presence under pressure. The moments that used to cost you, the high-stakes pitch, the difficult board conversation, the team crisis, will feel different. Because you will be different in them.
05A peer cohort of leaders doing the same level of work. The relationships that form inside a small, rigorous cohort are not incidental. They are part of what you are paying for.

Small cohort. Deep work.

Sessions meet every Thursday, 10am Pacific / 1pm Eastern.

9
Weekly 60-minute group sessions across 10 weeks
3
Individual 30-minute sessions with Jennifer, at program open, midpoint, and close
10
Maximum seats in the founding cohort
1
Complete personal regulation protocol, delivered and embedded by week 10

The program includes one intentional integration pause, a week with no session, aligned with a scheduled retreat. This break is built into the methodology, not around it.

The Investment

$5,555
Founding Cohort

This is the first cohort of The Inner Operating System. The price reflects that.

Ten seats. The limit is structural, not a device. The work requires a room small enough that I can track what is happening in every nervous system in it, including yours.

Founding pricing applies to this cohort. What comes after will be priced then.

Apply because the timing is right in your life. Not because of a date on a page.

Your Guide

Jennifer Jarrett
Founder, Executive Energetics

Jennifer works with founders, executives, and the leaders beside them at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic practice, and leadership performance.

Her work is built on two decades of body-based study and practice, developed inside high-pressure environments, watching what happens when capable people are undone not by a lack of skill or strategy, but by a nervous system running a program no leadership coach ever helped them see.

She has spent twenty years in rooms with humans doing this work. What she knows, she knows from the inside out.

The Inner Operating System is the program she wishes had existed earlier. It starts where most leadership development stops, and it builds the one advantage the current moment cannot make obsolete.
